Towards the path of happiness – Part 1

In the last workshops of Yoga, Meditation and Essence of Tact in which I participated the same themes were crossed and for this reason I would like to make a summary to be able to give the right direction towards the path of happiness.
First of all in the practice of yoga as well as in daily life we ​​must become aware of our own breath, try to maintain a constant and balanced rhythm. This is automatically linked to maintaining a calm behavior, avoiding moments of anger, learning not to make judgments and above all filling the mind with positive thoughts.
By doing this, the cells of the whole body receive a general well-being that brings joy and drives disease away.
