The contents of the retreat:

Astrology investigates the mysterious substance of time. It is therefore the study of your personal, unique and unrepeatable “Time”. Yoga and astrology are much more connected than it might appear, both disciplines aim to achieve greater self-awareness. Both, starting from a physical fact, the body on one side and the sky on the other, observe it in order to transcend and overcome it.
Both place the human being at the center of their study, astrology starting from heaven arrives at man, yoga starting from man arrives at Heaven.

In this “yoga & astrology retreat” Chiara will do:

Brief introduction to Astrology and the Zodiac Circle.
We will continue reading your personal Birth Chart, as a dialogue.
The birth chart is essentially the photograph of the sky at the exact moment of each of us birth, thus making it possible to recognize the personal mix of strengths, weaknesses, talents, difficulties, opportunities and tensions that are special, just as our astrological design is unique.

Reading the birth chart provides a self-awareness and observation tool useful for broadening the view on reality.
Next, we will take a look at both current and future planetary transits, in order to focus more on next possible scenarios.

To partecipate, you will need to know the exact date, time and place of your birth.

Join us on this journey in the stunning setting of Lanzarote, between the black volcanic earth and the energy of the ocean.

Sandra and Ema will do the yoga practice in front of the sea and the meditation inside the volcanic craters, they will take care of you with deep Ayurvedic massages to realign body and mind. Hands listen, reach the heart and communicate Respect, Acceptance and Love.

You will feel the power of the sea during the surfing session, thanks to the experienced surfers of the La Santa pro center (https://lasantasurfprocenter.com ).

Here you will find space and opportunities to take a break from the daily routine, giving yourself the opportunity to connect to your senses and transform your inner energy.
