Towards the path of happiness – Part 2
The practice of yoga is predominantly internal, based on the control of breath to avoid dispersing energy.
In the theory, based on the sympathetic nervous system of each human being, it would be necessary to choose an ad hoc practice for every single person. For example, those who enjoy an excited nervous system should practice more meditation.
Feeling happiness means to recognize that gratitude is an attitude that leads to compassion and which is good for our being, makes us whole and rejoices the heart.
Learning not to make judgments but on the contrary to assume an attitude of gratitude makes us healthier.
We look to live the present moment with conscience, “here and now”.
